These terms apply when you use modst.store or place an order with us. By ordering, you accept them.
MODST is a kids clothing business operating from 125 Ahbab Colony, Opposite Canal View Gate no 3, Multan Road, Lahore 53700, Pakistan You can reach us at modststore@gmail.com or +92 307 8888951.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any taxes we are required to charge. Prices and promotions can change at any time before you place an order.
We photograph our products ourselves and describe them as accurately as we can. Colours can still look different between screens.
Occasionally an item may be listed at the wrong price or shown as in stock when it is not. Where that happens we will contact you before dispatch and either confirm the correct price, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund your order in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and dispatch it.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, we cannot deliver to the address given, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
The MODST name, logo, product photography and site text belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that were caused by circumstances outside our control such as courier delays or extreme weather.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Lahore.
