We ship across Pakistan from our own warehouse in Lahore. Orders are picked and packed by our team, not by a third party.
Orders over Rs.5,000 ship free.
For orders below Rs.5,000, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown to you in full before you pay. There are no charges added after you place your order.
Orders are dispatched from Lahore once payment and address details are confirmed. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier serving your area.
You will receive confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse. If you need an estimate for a specific city before ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we are seeing that week.
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. Couriers in Pakistan call before delivery, so a reachable number matters as much as the address.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with the wrong item inside, contact us the same day with a photograph and we will sort it out. See the returns and refunds policy for what happens next.
