This policy explains what personal information MODST collects when you use modst.store, why we collect it, and what we do with it. MODST is operated from 125 Ahbab Colony, Opposite Canal View Gate no 3, Multan Road, Lahore 53700, Pakistan

What we collect

Contact and delivery details: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
Order information: what you bought, order value, and the status of your order, returns and refunds.
Account information: if you create an account, your username and password. Passwords are stored encrypted and we cannot read them.
Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or a contact form.
Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you move around the site.

We do not store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and card data goes to them, not to us.

Why we use it

To take payment, pack your order and get it delivered to you.
To contact you about your order, a delivery problem, or a return.
To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
To keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent orders.
To send you marketing messages, but only if you have asked to receive them.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

Courier companies, so they can deliver your parcel. They receive your name, address and phone number.
Our payment provider, to process payment and any refund.
Our hosting and website providers, who store the site and its data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart and login working, and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may stop working correctly if you do.

Children

We sell clothing for children, but this site is intended to be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by messaging us.
