Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just saves your address for next time and lets you see past orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been dispatched yet, usually yes. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can with your order number.
How do I know my order went through?
You will get a confirmation email. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then message us.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders over Rs.5,000. Below that, the charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
Across Pakistan, shipped from our warehouse in Lahore.
How long will it take?
It depends on your city and the courier serving it. Message us and we will tell you what deliveries are running at this week.

How do I pick the right size?
Sizing is listed on each product page. If you are between sizes or buying as a gift, send us your child’s age and height on WhatsApp and we will recommend a size.
What if it does not fit?
Return it within 30 days and order the size you need. See returns and refunds.

Unworn and unwashed, tags attached, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Can I return something bought on discount?
