You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will confirm the return and tell you how to send it. Please do not post anything back before contacting us. Items sent without an agreed return cannot be accepted, because we have no way to match them to your order.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away with a photograph.
Where the fault is ours, we cover the cost of the return and you will not be out of pocket.
The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted. This way you are not waiting on stock that may sell out while your parcel is in transit.
If you are unsure about a size, message us before ordering and we will help.
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to post it to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, contact us at modststore@gmail.com.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery or underwear once the packaging has been opened. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Everything else in our range, including items bought at a discount, can be returned under the 30 day policy above.
